Never-Frozen Never-Refridgerated homemade dough (very important for quality of crust).
Pesto Sauce
Feta Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato Slices
Spinach (Fresh)
Kalamata Olives (sliced)
Mushrooms (optional)

Cook at the highest temperature your oven will go, on the bottom rack.
Cook until it looks like the edges are about to burn, and the center crust is done (11 – 12 mins @ 500℉).

Turn pizza halfway through to get an even baked crust (the front of an oven is usually hotter than the back).

If the center of your crusts are not turning crispy, build smaller pies.
