Beans & Greens

This soup is one of my favorite bean recipes. It’s healthy, delicious, and super easy!

Ingredients
4 Cups Water
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
Escarole
1 Can of Butter or Cannellini Beans

Directions
1. Add water to medium saucepan, add the bullion, add the cut-up escarole. Cover, and boil for several minutes until the escarole is soft.
2. Rinse beans with water before adding them to the pan. Remove from heat, and let sit for several minutes. That’s it! Enjoy!
