Bean Burger on Sourdough with Cheese

Posted in : Recipes on by : LeviTheophilus

If you are gluten intolerant, diabetic, or suffering from schizophrenia, you can avoid symptoms by avoiding regular breads (any kind of wheat) and eating only gluten-free foods. However, most gluten-free breads suck. The only bread I eat is REAL Sourdough bread. White rice, potatoes, lentils, and legumes are also okay.

Ingredients

  • One Bean Burger
  • 1 Piece of Real Sourdough Bread
  • 1 Slice Smoked Gouda Cheese
  • 1 Slice of Mozzarella
  • 3 Cherry Tomates
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Cook your bean burger in a toaster oven, don’t forget to flip it as instructed by your bean burger’s packaging. After flipping it, put one small slice of mozzarella on the top of the bean burger.

While it’s cooking, butter your bread and toast it in a nonstick pan at medium heat until golden on buttered side. Put down the sliced gouda on one half of your bread before turning on the heat.

Half slice your cherry tomatoes. Stick them into the bread’s gouda cheese once it’s melty.

Once both bean burger and bread/cheese is done, put your sandwich together.
