Should legal marijuana be subject to taxes?
As currently stated by Bing: Prescription drugs from the pharmaceutical industry, are NOT subject to tax. So why should marijuana be? Marijuana has been repeatedly shown to have significant medical value. It is NOT the same as alcohol. Therefore, it should NOT be taxed.
